Volgens managementexpert Simon Sinek zijn ze slecht opgevoed, verslaafd aan sociale media en ongeduldig, en hebben ze het daarom moeilijk op de werkvloer.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Misschien is het beeld dat Sinek schetst te pessimistisch, maar bedrijven kunnen hoe dan ook niet op de traditionele manier blijven omgaan met hun werknemers.
