Een van die idee\u00ebn (<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/1I7PkBK-Hz4SHiMgCFD7dBv-RhtIfI2sP2bvRDLeUkb0\/edit#slide=id.g25dfbed45_26_446\" target=\"_blank\">nummer 53<\/a> om precies te zijn) gaat over\u00a0<em>flipped professional development<\/em>. In een <a href=\"http:\/\/gettingsmart.com\/2013\/01\/7-steps-to-flipped-professional-development\/\" target=\"_blank\">post<\/a> op de blog\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/gettingsmart.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Getting Smart<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>wordt het principe wat uitgebreider besproken.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De belangrijkste elementen van\u00a0<em>flipped PD<\/em> zijn een bevraging van de noden van de mensen die de nascholing zullen volgen en het vooraf doorsturen\u00a0van inhoudelijke achtergrond en links bij de thema&#8217;s en tools die besproken zullen worden &#8211; bijvoorbeeld dus via een interactieve\u00a0&#8216;agenda&#8217;\u00a0die gemaakt is met ThingLink. Op die manier kunnen de eigenlijke workshops een stuk effici\u00ebnter verlopen, en hebben leerkrachten meer tijd om echt te werken met het aangeboden materiaal.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>(&#8230;) I decided it would be good for everyone to have the information ahead of time so they would know what to expect. Everyone would be able to create accounts before arriving.
