{"id":1795,"date":"2016-02-26T12:03:28","date_gmt":"2016-02-26T11:03:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/school21.be\/?p=1795"},"modified":"2016-02-26T12:03:28","modified_gmt":"2016-02-26T11:03:28","slug":"informeel-leren","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/lab21.rhizo.be\/?p=1795","title":{"rendered":"Informeel leren"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"attachment_1796\" style=\"width: 360px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/school21.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Informeel-leren.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1796\" class=\"wp-image-1796\" src=\"http:\/\/school21.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Informeel-leren-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"De Develop-zone in Lab 21.0\" width=\"350\" height=\"263\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1796\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">De Develop-zone in Lab 21.0<\/p><\/div>\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/school21.be\/lab-21-0\/\">Lab 21.0<\/a><\/em> heeft, net als het <a href=\"http:\/\/fcl.eun.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Future Classroom Lab<\/a> in Brussel, waarop het ge\u00efnspireerd is, een zone voor informeel leren, de <a href=\"http:\/\/fcl.eun.org\/develop\" target=\"_blank\">Develop<\/a>-zone.\u00a0Eerder deze maand verscheen op de website van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.klasse.be\/\" target=\"_blank\">Klasse<\/a> een kort <a href=\"https:\/\/www.klasse.be\/35086\/leren-elkaar-overal\/\" target=\"_blank\">interview<\/a> met professor\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.uclouvain.be\/simon.beausaert\" target=\"_blank\">Simon Beausaert<\/a>, die onderwijskunde doceert\u00a0aan de Universit\u00e9 Catholique Louvain-la-Neuve en de Universiteit van Maastricht, over de voordelen van wat hij &#8216;sociaal leren&#8217; noemt.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Professor Beausaert pleit in geen geval voor het afschaffen van formele leermomenten,\u00a0maar wijst er wel op dat &#8220;uit het onderzoek [dat hij deed bij meer dan 1 000 werknemers] blijkt dat het effect van sociaal leren 3 keer zo groot is als dat van het formeel leren, zoals op pedagogische studiedagen, trainingen of seminaries&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Via\u00a0sociaal of informeel leren benut je elkaar sterktes veel beter. Daarom doet Beausaert in samenwerking met Odisee Hogeschool Aalst momenteel onderzoek naar het nut van een <a href=\"http:\/\/www.talentenkaart.be\/\" target=\"_blank\">Talentenkaart<\/a> op school.<\/p>\n<p>Tot slot: Bart Verswijvel, pedagogisch adviseur van het Future Classroom Lab, schreef in 2014 in het FCL-magazine\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/fcl.eun.org\/documents\/10180\/16159\/FCL_magazine_No_2_2014_EN.pdf\/485d930e-1b1d-40c1-86a5-2a6567857a10\" target=\"_blank\">Designing the Future Classroom<\/a><\/em>\u00a0iets gelijkaardigs\u00a0over niet-formele professionele ontwikkeling (of Continuous Professional Development):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>More effective Continuous Professional Development (CPD) also needs to have a social element; it needs to connect people and it should focus on a longterm change. (\u2026) These schools formally support and develop bottom-up initiatives, peer-teaching opportunities, and \u2018innovation teams\u2019, which take care of introducing new tools and ideas to colleagues.
